About Peak Property Management
Alise Erickson, Company Founder and Owner
Alise grew up in Nampa, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/International Political Economy in 2006 from the College of Idaho, and with a Master’s in Political Economy from the University of Idaho in 2010.
Alise has worked in residential and commercial property management since 2011, and founded Peak Property Management, LLC in 2014. She maintains an Idaho real estate license through Western Idaho Realty in Caldwell.
Alise now oversees general operations at Peak, as well as owner communications, account maintenance, financial reporting, and HOA communications.
Kelsey Moore, Operations Manager
Kelsey has been with Peak since August of 2018, starting out as the Property Manager, and stepping up to Operations Manager in 2022. Kelsey grew up in Nampa, and has extensive experience in real estate operations. She keeps our office running smoothly!
As Operations Manager, Kelsey is a jack-of-all-trades. She supervises the other employees, manages our HOA’s, coordinates capital improvement projects, develops office policies and procedures, manages our website, and a multitude of other tasks.
Chantelle Goebel, Property Manager
Chantelle started with Peak in October 2022, after years in customer service and some previous property management experience. Chantelle has been a huge asset to our company!
Chantelle works directly with tenants – answering communications, screening prospective tenants, coordinating with maintenance and move outs, and about a million other things.
Melissa Bate, Maintenance Coordinator
Melissa is our part-time employee, and has been with us since July, 2023. Melissa transitioned into the Maintenance Coordinator role, after working with us for about a year as an office administrator. She helps ensure all tenant requests are being addressed in a timely manner, conducts move-out inspections and coordinates turnovers, and ensures your property is being kept in good condition. Melissa also helps with the office filing, scanning, and making sure bills are paid on time!
Madison Harper, Showing Coordinator
Madison is our newest part-time employee, and is joining us as the showing agent and conducting periodic inspections. Madison will be working directly with prospective tenants, answering questions, scheduling showings, and meeting prospective tenants in person. She also helps ensure the property is being kept in good condition before lease renewal. Her bubbly personality makes her a fantastic person for this job!
Barry White, Movie Star/Professional Napper
Barry is a 5-year old Olde English Bulldogge, who made his video debut showing homes at the end of April, 2025. No stranger to show-biz, Barry has prior experience as a 4-H show dog. When Barry is not strutting his stuff in front of an audience, you can find him taking a nap at home, staring out his favorite window while sunbathing, or begging for cuddles from his humans.
And yes, he snores. Loudly.
