Founded in 2014, Peak Property Management is a locally-owned and operated full-service property management company servicing the entire Treasure Valley. Since then, Peak expanded from 23 units and one employee in our first year to over 200 residential and commercial properties as well as several homeowner’s associations, managed by 5 employees.  Our growth has been driven purely by word-of-mouth from a network of satisfied clients, friends and family, and through good business relationships throughout the community. 

Peak Property Management offers our expertise and personalized attention to care for your properties to the highest degree. We strive for professionalism, integrity, accountability, and quality service that provides the maximum return from your investment and positions your property to attract and retain the best tenants possible. We value our long-term relationships with both tenants and owners, and manage your property as if it were our own.
