Move-Out Process

We require a written 30 day notice to vacate. Please include the names of all tenants who will be vacating the property, the property address, and the last date you will be in the home. You can email the notice to us at office@peakpmidaho.com. Once we receive it, we will confirm the move out date with you and send you a move out checklist which includes a security deposit return form. Please fill that out and return it to us.
