Move Out Process

We require a written tenant notice to vacate with 30 days' notice. Please include the names of all tenants who will be vacating the property, the property address, and the last date you will be in the home. You can email the notice to us at office@peakpmidaho.com. Once we receive it, we will confirm the move out date with you and send you a move out checklist that includes a security deposit return form. Please fill that out and return it to us. 

If you have a roommate change or plan to move before the end of your lease term, please contact us directly for specific information.
