Online payments & maintenance requests.
Enjoy a convenient way to make rent payments and submit maintenance requests with your online tenant portal. You can pay with a debit or credit card, or directly with a bank account. There are fees associated with those options, with the fees for cards being much higher and set by the card processor and not something we can change. The fee for bank payments is much lower, at a flat $2.
